Ingredients:
bread flour 130g , wheat flour 130g , milk powder 5g , honey 18g ,
salt 5g , soy milk 173g ( or any kind of milk, I used almond milk) ,
yeast 3g
butter 13g , grape seed oil 13g ( or olive oil )
Directions:
Put all ingredients except butter and oil in bread machine pan, press the dough cycle. Knead 7 minutes, stop the machine. Add the oil and butter, then start the machine on the dough cycle again. Take dough out when the cycle finishes. Knead the dough a few times to let air out, then roll into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 10 mins. Roll the dough out into a rectangular shape with the shorter side on top, fold both side towards the middle and then roll down from top to bottom, pinch dough to seal. Put into the bread mold. Put together with a bowl of boiling water into a cool oven for the 2nd rising. Change water if necessary until the mold is 90% full, about 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Put the lid on and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 35 mins.
