Oven Baked Chicken Wings

五香焗雞翼

Ingredients:

1.5 kg chicken wings

Marinate:
 
2 Tbsp light soy sauce,  1 Tbsp dark soy sauce,  2 Tbsp honey,
1 Tbsp oyster sauce,  1 Tbsp cooking wine,  2 tsp lime juice,  1/2 tsp sea salt, 
1 Tbsp oil,  1/2 tsp ground star aniseed powder,  1/4 tsp red pepper powder, 
1 Tbsp chopped shallot,  1/2 Tbsp chopped garlic

材料:

1.5 kg 雞翼

醃料:

2湯匙生抽,  1湯匙老抽,  2湯匙蜜糖,  1湯匙蚝油,  1湯匙紹酒,  1湯匙油,
2小匙青檸汁,  半小匙海鹽, 半小匙八角粉,  1/4小匙花椒粉,  1湯匙切碎紅葱頭,
半湯匙蒜茸


Directions:

Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken wings for at least 1 hour,
best overnight. Arrange wings on a baking rack. Bake in  a preheated
400F oven for about 30 minutes turning once. Baste with the pan juice.

做法: 

雞翼用醃料醃最少一個小時, 醃過夜會更入味。焗前排在焗盆架上, 放入已預熱的
400F 焗爐內焗三十分鐘, 中間反轉一次, 可用盆內汁液掃在雞翼上會更上色。
