Ingredients : 材料
1 slab of pork sparerib or baby backribs about 2lb 豬排骨一塊約兩磅
Marinade : 醃料
Tabasco 3tsp 調味斯高辣椒油3茶匙, soy sauce 1/3 cup 生抽1/3量杯,
ketchup 2Tbsp 茄汁2湯匙, honey 4Tbsp 蜜糖4湯匙,
white vinegar 2Tbsp 白醋2湯匙, cooking wine 2Tbsp 紹酒2湯匙,
3 garlc, chopped 蒜頭3粒切碎, chicken broth or water 4Tbsp 雞湯或水4湯匙
Directions : 做法
Mix the marinade in a large plastic bag. Cut the slab of sparerib into 2 or 3 pieces
and put inside the bag. Marinate for at least 3 hours, best overnight.
醃料放在大膠袋內混和. 排骨可切開2或3塊放入醃料中醃最少3小時, 最好
醃過夜.
Preheat oven to 375F. Arrange the sparerib in a rack over a roasting pan.
Roast for 45mins, baste often with the marinade.Then increase the oven
temperature to 450F and cook for another 15mins. Cut into pieces and
serve with the pan juice.
焗爐預熱375F. 將排骨放在有架的烤盤上焗45分鐘, 中間分次掃上醃料汁.
焗爐加熱至450F繼續焗多15分鐘. 排骨切塊以原汁淋面上桌.
