A healthy and nutritious breakfast choice that is also very simple and
easy to prepare.

Ingredients : ( 1 serving )
1/3 cup old fashioned oats; 1 cup water; 1 egg, beaten; 2 tsp white miso;
chopped green onion
材料 : ( 1 人份 )
1/3 杯麥片; 1 杯水; 1 個蛋, 打散; 2 小匙白味噌; 蔥花適量
Directions :
Put the oats and water in a saucepan overnight. In the morning, bring to a
boil, reduce heat and cook till thickened, add more water if necessary to
desire consistancy. Add the egg and the green onion, stir well, turn off the
heat when boiled. Add the miso, stir until all dissolved, pour into a serving
bowl.
Tips : It is easier to put the miso paste into the serving bowl, add a little hot
water, stir to dissolve and pour the oatmeal over and serve.

麥片及水放在煲內浸過夜, 早上煲滾, 轉中火煮至自己喜歡的濃稠度,
必要時可加多些少水, 倒入蛋及蔥花攪勻, 再滾後熄火, 加入味噌攪至
全溶化後便可上桌。
Tips : 味噌可放在碗內先用些少滚水溶化然後才將煮好的麥片倒入
拌勻上桌。
