Classic Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients:

A.  1 cup ketchup; 1/2 cup brown sugar;  11/2 Tbsp lemon juice;  2 tsp dry mustard
B.  2lb lean ground beef ( can use 1lb ground beef and 1lb ground pork or turkey);
     3 slices of white or wheat bread,  torn into small pieces (or use 1 cup breadcrumbs
     or oatmeal );  1 egg, beaten;  1 cup finely chopped vegetables ( onion, garlic,
     carrot, green or red pepper, mushroom, celery etc.) I used a food processor
     to chop;  1 cube beef bouillon, crumbled;  3 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

Combine ingredients A in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, mix B together and add 1/3 cup of A, mix well and shape into a loaf, or put into a loaf pan.
Put in a preheated 325F oven (350F if using a loaf pan) and bake for 15 mins. Take it out,spread the rest
of A onto the top and side of the loaf and bake for another 35 - 40 mins or until the internal temperature
reaches 155F. Cool at least 5 minutes before slicing.
