香蕉合挑牛油蛋糕
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (6oz) all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda,
3/4 cup sugar (I used brown sugar), 4 egg yolks, 4 egg whites,
4oz (1 stick) butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 medium riped bananas (mashed),
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Cream the softened butter in a large bowl with a wooden spoon, gradually add the sugar, beat until mixture is fluffy, add egg yolks.
2. Mix the walnut pieces with some of the flour, set aside.
3. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together, add to the creamed mixture alternately with the mashed banana. Then add vanilla and the walnuts.
4. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into the batter, mix lightly until blended.
5. Pour into a 8"X4"X3" loaf pan.
6. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 50 minutes.
