Ingredients:
140g dark chocolate pieces; 100g butter; 100g sugar; 2 eggs, slightly beaten;
1 tsp vanilla; 60g bread flour; 150g walnut pieces, toasted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter with the chocolate pieces over a double boiler
or in the microwave, add the sugar, mix well and let cool down. Add the eggs and
the vanilla, mix well. Sift in the flour, then add the walnuts, stir until just mixed.
Pour and spread onto a greased 8"x8" baking pan, can decorate the top with more
walnut pieces. Put inside the oven and bake for about 25 mins. Cool completely
before cutting.
