Ingredients:
Dough : 240g all purpose flour, 1g salt, 1Tbsp olive oil, 190g boiling water
Filling : 160g ground pork, 150g cabbage (chopped), 1tsp cooking wine, 1 Tbsp soy sauce,
1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1tsp corn starch mix with 1Tbsp water, salt,

Directions:
Add salt to the flour, pour the boiling water over, stir with a wooden spoon until a dough is form, then add the oil and knead until smooth. Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes. Divide dough into 10 equal parts. Roll each out into small circle, add the filling and form into the shape of a ball. Press slightly to flatten. Sprinkle with some white sesame seed. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the buns, fry with medium heat until golden brown on both side, add about 3/4 cup of boiling water, cover with a lid and cook until the water almost gone. Remove the lid and fry until no water left.
