Bought this Lekue steam case at Costco while visiting Toronto last Christmas.
It is very good at steaming food either in the oven or in the microwave. If you
don't own one, you can always steam the spareribs the traditional way.
Ingredients:
2lbs pork spareribs, cut into small pieces; 1/2 Tbsp corn starch; 1 Tbsp oil
Marinade: 1 Tbsp soy sauce; 1 tsp dark soy sauce; 1/4 tsp sea salt;
1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce; 1/4 tsp sugar; 1 Tbsp minced garlic; pepper and
sesame oil to taste
材料:
2lbs 小排骨; 1/2 大匙粟粉; 1 大匙油
醃料: 1 大匙生抽; 1 小匙老抽; 1/4 小匙海鹽; 1/2 大匙蠔油; 1/4 小匙糖;
1 大匙蒜茸; 胡椒粉及蔴油少許
Directions:
Marinate the spareribs for at least an hour. Mix in the corn starch, then the oil
just before ready to steam. Preheat oven to 400F. Spread the spareribs onto
the steam case, close the lid and put on a cookie sheet, bake in the middle
rack of the oven for 40 mins. Remove spareribs to a plate, pour the sauce
over and serve.
做法:
預熱焗爐至400F. 排骨用醃料醃1 小時以上, 蒸之前加入粟粉撈勻,
再拌入油, 放在Lekue矽膠盒內, 蓋上蓋, 放在焗盆上入焗爐中焗40 分鐘,
小心取出, 將排骨放在碟內將汁淋在上面便可上桌.
