Ingredients: 材料
all purpose flour 麵粉 240 g (8 1/2 oz) , baking powder 發粉 1 1/2 tsp 小匙,
sugar 糖 120 g (4 oz), butter 牛油 120 g (4 oz) , 2 large eggs 大蛋 ,
milk 奶 4 Tbsp 湯匙 , salt 鹽 1/8 tsp 小匙 ,
very ripe bananas, mash 熟透香蕉 350g about 3 large, 約3大隻, 壓爛 ,
walnuts 合桃肉 150 g (5 oz)
Directions: 做法
Roast the walnuts in a 375F oven for 20mins then chop into small pieces.
將合挑肉在375F焗爐內焗20分鐘至香脆, 切粒.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
將麵粉,鹽及發粉過篩.
Cream the softened butter with sugar until creamy and white in color,
add the eggs, one at a time, then the mash banana and milk.
用木匙或打蛋機打牛油及糖至奶白色, 逐個加入蛋, 攪勻才加香蕉及奶.
Add the flour mixture, then the walnuts, mix well,
將麵粉倒入, 攪勻, 最後加合桃碎.
Pour batter into muffin cups, decorate with walnut pieces on top.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 20 - 25 mins.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
麵糊分放小紙杯內, 面上放合桃作裝飾, 放入已預熱350F焗爐焗20 - 25分鐘。
可做12個紙杯蛋糕.
