Shrimp and Avocado Salad

大蝦牛油果沙律

Ingredients :  材料

6 large shrimps 大蝦六隻,  3 tomatoes  蕃茄三個,
1/2 small red onion  紅洋葱半個,  1/2 English cucumber 青瓜半條,
1 large avocado 大牛油果一個, 1 clove garlic minced  蒜頭一粒磨碎,
1/2 Tbsp chopped parsley 洋茜碎半湯匙,
 Seasoning : 調味
olive oil 橄欖油, lemon juice 檸檬汁, sea salt 海鹽,  honey 蜜糖,
freshly ground black pepper 即磨黑胡椒粉

Directions :  做法

Shelled and deveined the shrimps, slice each one in half, marinate with some
salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the shrimps till cooked.
蝦去殼,腸洗淨, 將每隻片開, 用鹽及胡椒粉醃一會, 放鑊中煎熟.

Skinned and seeded the tomatoes, peel the cucumber, remove the skin and
the seed from the avocado.
蕃茄去皮及籽, 靑瓜去皮, 牛油果去皮及核.

Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and avocado into small cubes.
蕃茄, 青瓜, 洋葱及牛油果全切丁.

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl, add the seasoning to taste. Cover and put in the
fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
將所有材料放在大碗中撈勻, 蓋上保鮮紙放雪柜內最少一小時才上桌.
