Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

1 kg asparagus (about 30 large),  2 Tbsp olive oil,  1/2 tsp Kosher salt,
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper,  1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix the olive oil with the asparagus, layer in a single layer
on a roasting sheet, sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Roast for 20 mins. Sprinkle
the cheese evenly on top, return to oven for another 1 min until the cheese is
slightly melted. Arrange on platter and serve.
