Cabbage with Quinoa

Ingredients :

4 cups shredded Taiwanese cabbage; 1 cup quinoa;  2 cups chicken broth (home made
or store bought);  sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions :

Place quinoa in a fine strainer and rinse under cold running water until water runs clear.
Drain well.
Combine the drained quinoa with the chicken broth in a saucepan and bring
to a boil, cover, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. 
In another pan, heat 1 tsp oil over medium high heat, add the shredded cabbage and stir fry 
until soft. Stir in the cooked quinoa and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve as a
side dish.


This is the quinoa I used.
