

Our favorite Sunday breakfast before church:
Waffle topped with banana slices, light whipped cream and chopped
toasted walnuts.
The waffle mix I used

I like a lighter batter so this is what I used for 2 waffles:
1 cup waffle mix, 3/4 water, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp grape seed or olive oil

Banana Nut Waffle with a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice is a very nice and
healthy breakfast choice.
