Panko Parmesan Chicken Wings

脆焗雞翼

Ingredients :

1 1/2 lb chicken wings, 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs,
1/2 cup Kraft parmesan cheese
Marinade for the wings :
1 Tbsp chopped garlic,  1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce,  1/4 tsp salt,
1 tsp honey,  black pepper
 
材料 :      

一磅半雞翼,  一杯半日本Panko麵包糠,  半杯卡夫芝士茸
醃雞翼料 :
一大匙蒜茸,  一湯匙半生抽,  一湯匙蠔油,  1/4小匙鹽,  一小匙蜜糖,  
黑胡椒粉適量

Directions :

Marinate the wings for at least 2 hours. Mix the bread crumbs with the cheese
in a plastic bag. Coat the wings evenly with the bread crumbs mixture by shaking
inside the bag. Arrange on the rack of a baking pan. Put in a preheated 400F oven
and bake for 50 mins. until golden brown.
 
做法 :    
 
雞翼用醃料醃最少兩小時。麵包糠及芝士茸放在膠袋內搖勻, 放入雞翼
輕搖至雞翼全沾滿麵包糠, 然後排放在焗盆架上, 放入已預熱400F焗爐內
焗大約50分鐘至金黄色。

這方法可用來焗豬扒, 魚塊或雞胸肉。
