Ingredients :
2 1/2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup soy flour or whole wheat flour,
1/2 cup fat-free dry milk, 1 cup dried fruit ( I used 1/2 cup chopped figs and
1/2 cup raisins ), 1/2 cup toasted nuts ( I used walnuts ),
1/2 cup toasted sesame seed, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ,
1 cup honey, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 Tbsp olive oil ( I used grape seed oil ),
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions :
Preheat oven to 325F. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, dry milk,
wheat germ, dried fruit, nuts, sesame seed and salt. Stir well to blend.
Microwave the honey, peanut butter and olive oil just till warm, mix well, stir in
the vanilla extract. Add the warm mixture to the dry ingredients, stir quickly until
well combined. The mixture should be sticky but not wet. Pat the mixture evenly
into a lined and lightly oiled baking pan, about 8"x12". Press firmly with the back
of a metal spoon. Bake just until the edges begin to brown, about 20 mins. Let
cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 mins, then cut into 24 bars. Cool further
then remove the bars to a rack and let them cool completely before storing
in airtight containers.

焗爐預熱至325F。 將所有乾材料放在大碗中混合攪勻。 蜜糖, 花生
醬及油同放入微波爐內加熱至暖, 加入乾料中再加香草精快手攪勻,
倒入一個已掃油約8"x12"焗盆中, 用湯匙背大力壓平, 放入焗爐內焗
至四邊開始呈咖啡色, 大約20分鐘。 取出放涼約10分鐘, 在焗盆中用刀
切24塊, 繼續放至不燙手才取出, 將燕麥塊放在架上至完全冷卻後放置
可密封盒中儲藏。
