Ingredients:
2 pkg fish balls, 2lb baby bok choy, cleaned and trimmed, 1/2 cup chicken broth,
or 1/2 cup water with 1/2 tsp chicken powder, 1 Tbsp cooking wine,
2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, salt, white pepper, sesame oil to taste

魚蛋2包, 白菜苗2 磅, 洗淨, 半抔雞清湯或半杯水加1/2小匙雞粉,
1 大匙廚酒, 2小匙蒜茸, 1小匙薑茸, 鹽, 白胡椒粉及麻油些少
Directions:
Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok, add the garlic and ginger, stir fry for 1 min, add the fish
balls, then the cooking wine, cook for another min. Add the baby bok choy and
the chicken broth, cover and cook for 4 mins. Season with salt and pepper, then
thicken the sauce with some cornstarch mixed with a little water. Stir in a little
sesame oil before serving.
做法:
鑊燒紅下油2小匙, 放入蒜茸及薑茸略炒, 將魚蛋加入同炒, 贊酒後將白
菜苗和雞清湯全放入加蓋煮4分鐘, 落鹽胡椒粉調味, 用生粉水打献, 加
些少麻油便可上桌.
