Parmesan Potato Patties

芝士薯蓉煎餅

Ingredients :

2 potatoes, cooked and mashed;  1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese;
1/3 cup parsley, chopped;  2 Tbsp mayonnaise;  1 Tbsp whipping cream;
salt and pepper to taste;  1/2 cup flour for coating

材料 :

薯仔兩個, 煮熟壓成蓉;  1/4 杯芝士粉;  1/3 杯蕃芫茜碎;  2 大匙沙律醬;
1 大匙忌亷;  鹽及胡椒粉適量;  麵粉約半杯

Directions :

Mix potatoes, cheese and parsley together, blend in the mayonnaise and cream,
season with salt and pepper. Form into round patties, coat each with flour and
fry in a nonstick pan on medium heat with some oil until golden brown on both
side.

做法 :

薯蓉與芝士粉及蕃芫茜碎拌勻, 加入沙律醬及忌廉, 用鹽及胡椒粉調味
再拌好, 用手做成餅形然後撲上麵粉, 放入已放油免沾平底鑊內用中火
煎至兩面金黃即可上桌。

Tips :

For molding the patties, get the lid of a jar (mayonnaise or jam), place a plastic
wrap over and fill with the potato mixture, release by stretching the plastic.
Your patties will come out neatly and in uniform size.
