These Dungeness crabs were at least 2 Ibs each, we bought them still alive from a
Chinese grocery store while visiting in Toronto.
Cooking the crabs in boiling water is easy, you just need a big pot of boiling salted water so
the crab can be totally submerged. The water should be as salty as the ocean water.
For a 2 lbs crab, cook covered over medium heat for 15 - 18 minutes after the water
boils again.
Serve with melted butter.
