Ingredients:
100g Korean Vermicelli, 100g turkey strips, 2 small zucchinis, halved and sliced,
1 small turnip, skinned and thinly sliced, 8 mushrooms, sliced, 4 garlic, chopped,
2 shallots, chopped
Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Korean anchovy sauce, 1 tsp mirin, pepper & sugar to taste,
1 tsp sesame oil
材料:
100g 韓國粉絲, 100g 火雞絲, 2小條翠肉瓜,切小塊, 1個洋白蘿蔔,去皮
切薄片, 8個蘑菇,切片, 4粒蒜頭切茸, 2粒蔥頭切碎
調味: 1湯匙韓國魚露, 1小匙味琳, 胡椒粉及糖些少, 1小匙麻油
Directions:
Cook the vermicelli in a pot of boiling water for 6 - 7 mins. Drain, run cold water
over to cool down and drain again. Marinate the turkey strips with a little soy
sauce, cornstarch and oil. Heat a wok with 2 tsp grape seed oil and stir fry the
turkey strips till cook through, remove from the wok. Add another 2 tsp oil to
the wok, add the shallot and fry for a min. Add the zucchini and turnip, cover
and cook for 2 min. then add the mushroom, stir fry for another 1 min. Put the
turkey back to the wok, stir with the vegetables. Add the vermicelli and then
the seasoning. Mix well, and continue to cook until the vermicelli is completley
heated through.
做法:
粉絲放在滾水內6至7分鐘, 過冷河. 火雞絲用生抽, 豆粉, 及油醃好.
鑊中放油2小匙爆熟火雞絲放置一旁, 鑊內再放2小匙油炒蔥頭約1分鐘,
加入蒜茸, 翠肉瓜及蘿葡片, 加蓋煮2分鐘, 加入蘑菇片炒1分鐘, 將火
雞絲回鑊, 加入粉絲及調味料同炒至粉絲熱透便可上碟.
