Mango Salsa

芒果莎莎醬


 
Ingredients:
 
2 mangoes, peeled and diced  2芒果, 去皮,核切粒
1/2 medium red onion, diced  1/2個紅洋葱切粒
1 canned black beans, wash and drained  1罐黑豆, 洗淨隔去水份
2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced  2小番茄, 去籽切粒
1 jalapeno pepper, minced  1長形綠椒, 去籽切幼丁
2 Tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped  2湯匙香菜葉, 切碎
Juice of 1 lime  1個青檸搾汁
salt and pepper to taste  鹽, 胡椒粉適量
 
Directions:
 
Combine all ingredients, season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
將全部材料拌勻, 加鹽及胡椒粉調味, 放入雪柜內雪凍。
 


Serve with grilled salmon or chicken or pork chop.
可與煎三文魚或煎鷄,豬扒同食。
