Ingredients:
1 cup water; 1/4 cup milk (I used almond milk); 1/4 cup olive oil;
5/8 cup sugar; 4 cups all purpose flour (I used 3 cups all purpose flour
+ 1 cup whole wheat flour); 2 tsp baking powder; 2 tsp instant yeast

3杯麵粉加1杯全麥麵粉); 2小匙發粉; 2小匙速發酵母
Directions:
In bread machine pan put the water in, then the milk, oil, sugar, flour and the
baking powder, make a hole in the middle and add the yeast. Press the Dough
mode button to knead the dough and finish with the first rising. Take the dough
out, press lightly to release air. Divide the dough into 2 halves. Roll each out
to a rectangular shape. Then slowly but firmly, roll the dough up from the longer
side, pinch the end to seal. Cut into 2" pieces and put on a parchment paper.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30mins. Steam on high heat for 15 mins.
Serve hot with sitr fry or other Chinese dishes.
做法:
麵飽機盆內放水, 奶, 油, 糖, 麵粉及發粉, 在中間開一小洞放入酵母, 用
Dough功能搓粉及完成第一次發酵。取出麵糰稍壓排出空氣, 分成兩份,
用捍棒捍成長方形, 然後沿長的一邊慢慢捲上成一長捲, 用刀分切成每
個約2吋長, 放在紙上用保鮮紙蓋好, 再發30分鐘後大火蒸15分鐘即成。
