Bean Sprout Side Dish

涼拌芽菜

This is an easy but healthy vegetable side dish, great for the summer time.





Ingredients :

16 oz bean sprout;  2  clove garlic, minced;  2 Tbsp chopped green onion;
1 tsp sea salt;  2 tsp sesame oil;  1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

材料 :

芽菜16 oz;  蒜茸兩粒;  2 大匙蔥粒;  1 小匙海鹽;  2 小匙蔴油;
1 大匙已焗白芝蔴

Directions :

Wash and drain the bean sprouts, put into a pot together with 1 cup of water
and 1 tsp of salt, cover and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold
water and drain. In a mixing bowl combine the garlic, green onion and the
sesame seeds, reserve some for garnish. Add the cooled and well drained
bean sprouts, stir, add the salt and seasame oil, mix well. Remove to a serving
dish, sprinkle the reserved sesame seeds on top and serve.

做法  :

芽菜沖洗乾淨, 放入鍋內加水1 杯及鹽1 小匙, 加蓋大火煮5 分鐘取出, 用
清水洗淨掠乾。大碗內放入蒜茸, 蔥粒及芝蔴, 加入已放涼的芽菜略拌,
最後加海鹽及蔴油調味拌勻上碟, 可灑上芝蔴作裝飾。
