Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (about 10oz each), sesame oil, chopped green onion
Marinate:
2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp sherry or mirin, 1 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp sugar,
1 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 clove garlic, chopped, 1/2 tsp five-spice powder,
1 Tbsp grape seed or olive oil
Directions:
Wash the salmon fillets with cold water, pat dry with a paper towel.
Mix the marinate in a zip lock bag, add the salmon and marinte for at least 2 hours
in the fridge. Broil in the oven skin side down, about 6 inches from heat for
6 minutes.Remove to a serving dish, brush the top of the salmon fillets with
sesame oil and garnish with the green onion.
